We have worked with organisations within the Social Housing sector since 2005, both with Social Landlords and with Contractors, providing mobile workforce management systems. It’s a pressurised environment and organisations have come to rely of software systems to run the teams, to report on performance and to ensure that budgets are kept.
Systems have to offer flexibility – and yet control the teams. You need to decide on hardware, on connectivity. You need to have access to KPI reporting for the Senior Managers and for the Board.

These interactive sessions will use a mixture of presentation, video case study interviews and discussion to offer insight on:
1) Why some solutions succeed and others fail. A selection of case studies to share and discuss.
2) The good, the bad and the ugly of mobile workforce solutions. Find out what to look out for in a good – or bad – Mobile workforce solution.
3) What questions to ask to get the solution you need. Each organisation needs its own solution – but you have to ask the right questions to understand what this is and how to achieve it.
